Hema Gandhi is a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in financial services. Hema focuses on sales, channelling our consulting ecosystem and partnerships with AI and Robotics platform providers to deliver value to our clients. She brings a wealth of experience in sales and marketing, managing businesses and execution. She has grown two start-ups and worked in global firms leading sales and delivery teams on large outsourcing deals focused on transformation, optimisation and customer outcome.

Hema has worked at Wipro, Sutherland, EXL and ADM. She established a successful research and analytics firm, Brahmy Solutions, which was subsequently sold to Integreon.

Jayant is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in managing delivery and operations, specialising in transformation within the banking and financial services sector. As the India head at LatentBridge, Jayant is at the forefront of expanding AI solutions and products.

He has also held significant leadership roles at LTIMindtree, Barclays and Tech Mahindra, contributing extensively to the Telecom and BFSI sectors. He has successfully led teams across multiple geographies, delivering exceptional results in Capital Market, Finance, Treasury, Risk & Compliance within Enterprise functions.
